Another Level Elite (ALE) is a nonprofit youth mentoring organization based in Houston, dedicated to fostering disciplined, confident, and compassionate young leaders. While basketball serves as our primary entry point, it is merely a means to reach, teach, and empower youth from underserved communities. Our program intends to addres the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—through mentorship, education, and community service.

ALE aims to close opportunity gaps by securing sponsors and donors to relieve the financial burdens on families who may not be able to afford our services. Through consistent guidance, we help our youth make strong choices, build meaningful relationships, and understand their impact on the world around them.
